Next in the Parade came 4 air hostess dressed in some of the uniforms Air New Zealand has used over that time.   Air New Zealand celebrates 75 years since its first flight to Australia (and then the rest of the world) in 1940.

 In my opinion this was a great parade comprising of  400 - 500 cars.  It was an hour long.  I would love to see Napier's Christmas Parade get as good as this :)

This car once belonged to Clark Gables wife (Carole Lambard) she was the highest paid actress in the 1930s

During the weekend there were Memorial Flying Displays put on by the Royal New Zealand Air Force and the Warbirds Display Team they swooped through the air and amazed us all
