Welsford's
I havent got a completion date for this building . however it is probably around 1932/33. There is mention in my research that there were plans and building permits then. It was shops and offices. It is still a shop, however like many of the early buildings the office is now an apartment.

DeleteI just looked up Napier to see where it is in New Zealand. What a lovely place to live under blue skies and a few clouds.
