The Ranui Apartments of which there are 5, were built in 1938. They are the only Miami Streamline Modern Style apartment building in New Zealand. One can drive along the driveway in the middle of the building which leads through to the parking area behind.
The driveway through the middle reminds me of a similar setup in buildings here. I like the architectural style.
